Shipping Policy
Order Processing
Please allow 1–2 business days (up to 48 hours) for order processing. Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your package is on the way.
Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping Within the United States
We currently ship to U.S. addresses.
Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates begin once the order has been processed and handed off to the carrier.
Flat-Rate Shipping
Most orders ship within 48 hours via USPS. A flat-rate shipping fee of $2.95 may apply to U.S. orders (as shown at checkout).
Calculated Shipping Rates
For calculated shipping rates, shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after the carrier scans your package.
Delivery Delays
Carrier delays can occur and are outside of our control (weather, peak seasons, operational delays, etc.). If your tracking shows a delay, we recommend contacting the carrier directly for the fastest updates.
Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or marked undeliverable by the carrier, you may be responsible for reshipping fees.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery at help@trycanivet.com with:

Your order number

Photos of the product and the shipping box (including the shipping label)
We review these requests case-by-case and will work toward a fair resolution (replacement, store credit, or refund where applicable).
Lost Packages / “Delivered” But Not Received
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you can’t find your package, please take these steps first:

Check around your property (front door, mailbox, side/back entrances)

Ask household members or neighbors

Contact your local post office (USPS can sometimes provide GPS delivery details)
If you still can’t locate it, email help@trycanivet.com within 7 days of the delivery scan with:

Your order number

Your full shipping address

A brief description of the issue
We’ll help you start a carrier inquiry/claim when applicable. Please note that Canivet is not responsible for packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier, including cases of theft or misdelivery, but we will do our best to assist you with the investigation and available options.
If the carrier confirms the package was lost in transit (not delivered), we may offer a replacement or another resolution on a case-by-case basis.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details. In summary:

We offer a 60-day results-based guarantee from the delivery date.

Unused items in original condition may be eligible for a return within the 60-day window (authorization required).

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the issue is due to our error or a confirmed defect/damage.
